P90X: Legs and Back

Just finished P90X Legs and Back tonight and I must say...I'm doing 100 percent better than when I started. It was extremely tough when I first started, its just a TAD easier now. I found out how many pull ups i was able to do from all the different pull up exercises... a whopping 58.5 pull ups. Between all 8 times you do the pull ups that averages about 7 1/3 pull ups each time. Not bad for only week 3. My highest amount of pull ups was 10, and my lowest was 5 1/2 on switch grip pull ups. Still not bad for week 3. P90X Legs and Back will give you the results you want as long as you BRING IT!! Hope everyone has a great night. I'll have to post some pictures soon.

Not Feeling Well =(

Well, I think I caught a stomach bug from work. It's been going around for a couple of weeks and It's taking its toll. I feel too bad in the stomach to do Yoga X so tonight I'm going to rest. Tomorrow I should feel better so I will continue where I left off, and after Kenpo X I will just head right into week 4. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow...we'll see!!!

Hope everyone has a good night. Even 3 weeks into the program I feel a TON better.

Week 2 P90X review : Kenpo X

I just finished Kenpo X, and its 1 am in the morning x.x

I would have to say that Kenpo X is awesome! I love it; you're bouncing around doing martial arts, and at the same time killing off tons of calories. My P90X review for Kenpo X is a 9 out of 10. Kenpo X definitely keeps your heart rate up. I think I may have pushed a little too hard. My heart rates through out the exercise were all between 158 and 165. I think that is "the zone" but I'm not sure. I'll have to talk to the coach that Beachbody Provided for me. The program was pretty tough during the first week. Trying to get used to the routine and all the different moves takes a little while. Right now, with all the kicks it's hard to keep my balance towards the end. I'm beat for the night. Thank you for reading my week 2 P90X review of Kenpo X. Have a nice night and sleep well.

Fred

Hi Everyone, This Blog is about my p90x workouts, and progress, and everything else P90X Related.

I'd just like to thank all of you who have come here to my blog to read about my P90X Journey. I just started P90X last week. I am on week 2, day 7, the rest day. I ended up missing one of my p90x workouts a few days ago because I didn't feel well, so I am going to do "Kenpo X" tonight instead of resting. So far the p90x workouts have been pretty tough. On day 1 of p90x I had chest and back. Lots of push ups and pull ups, and then you get to repeat the process!!! Let me just say that I was totally not prepared. For the next 4 days my triceps were super sore. I had somewhat of a hard time bending my left arm all the way, because my muscles were that tight. Fortunately the other p90x workouts aren't quite as rough on the arms.

Wanna know what is awesome? Before I started the p90x workouts I weighed in at 190 pounds. On Monday I weighed myself again...I WAS ONLY 184.5 POUNDS!!! A Loss of 5 1/2 pounds in less than two weeks. I tell ya this thing works!!! I feel like I have more energy every single day, and I know as long as I push play it will only get better. I can't wait for day 30 to take some more pictures of myself. If you want I can post my pre-p90x photos that I took of myself. Just be prepared to be blinded X.X

Thank you all for reading
Fred
